India: A Giant Awakes?

Asialink hosts one of Australia's most experienced diplomats, Australia's Ambassador to India, HE John McCarthy AO, at a special business-focused event on Thursday evening.
Mr McCarthy will share his views on India and Asia generally, and our relations in the region. Mr McCarthy was Australia's representative to Indonesia at the fall of Suharto, and has served as Ambassador to Washington, Thailand, Vietnam, and most recently Japan.
