Amanda Johnson (1998/9)
, indonesiaAmanda Johnson is a Melbourne based teacher, curator, writer, arts administrator and costume designer and artist. Her artwork is concerned with the impact of Western imagery and landscape legacies on traditional art forms in Java and Bali. During her residency in Indonesia Johnson continued this research in the Bandung region as well as taking an active role at Institut Teknologi Bandung, teaching and learning from the students and staff.
