In today's global age, cross cultural understanding and appreciation has never been more important.

Asialink can organise cross cultural training which aims to assist companies to understand and interact more confidently and effectively in business situations involving Asian counterparts.

The program aims to build understanding of how our perceptions influence our behaviour, and the importance of personal relationships and personal commitment when doing business in Asia. The program also provides advice on how to appreciate the context of business situations and learn to anticipate the types of behaviours and expected types of interaction in given business settings.
