Working in the Department of Education for over five years, primarily in the VET and higher education office, Keddie’s work focuses on policy, planning and industry relations.

As a Senior Market Development Officer in the Department of Education – International Division, Keddie undertakes policy and planning work for the development of international education in Victoria.  She also manages the network of Education Services Managers working offshore in Bangalore, Dubai, Shanghai and Tokyo.  

Keddie managed the development of the strategic directions for international education – Internationalisation of Education and Training and Victoria’s Global Economy…Next Steps.
 
With a keen interest in Indonesia, having studied its language and culture at university, Keddie sees Asia-Australia relations more broadly as critical to the future of our nation.
 
Keddie loves any competitive sport, but fills her spare time with tennis, netball and running.
