Development Consultant


Served in the Pacific region as a community volunteer and development consultant, based in Suva, Fiji. Director for the Adventist
Development & Relief Agency (ADRA) for the Central Pacific region (1998-2000). Researcher and technical adviser for the Japan
International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in the Pacific (2001-2003).

Moved to Melbourne to settle family and in the last three, a founding members of the Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed
Conflict (GPPAC) in the Pacific region, and also currently working with Victoria University in the establishment of a Pacific Hub.
Specific consultancy projects recently undertaken include the review of Oxfam Australia's Pacific Partnerships in 2006. Bachelor in
Economics & Geography and Post-graduate Diploma in Environmental Science (systems analysis).
