Alex's strong passion for living in an international environment has brought him to many different parts of the world. As a university student, Alex spent 12 months in Spain, 6 months in Ecuador and 18 months in the US. During his first three years of his professional career, Alex worked as a management consultant in Kuwait, Venezuela, Indonesia, Burkina Faso and Mexico.
In 2006, his strong interest in the Latin American culture triggered his decision to join TACA International Airline in El Salvador as a Project Manager in Strategic Development. In November 2007, Alex moved with his wife Radina to Australia to start a career with Jetstar Airways as Senior Project Manager Strategy & Commercial Projects.
In this current role, Alex is responsible for the development and the implementation the Jetstar's Pan-Asia expansion strategy. He frequently travels to Asia to scrutinize new strategic investments opportunities for Jetstar.
Alex completed his M.B.A. at University of Iowa and holds a B.A. in Economics and Master degree in Management from the University of Frankfurt, Germany.
