I have been is married for thirteen years and have two children a son (8) and a daughter (4) years of age.
The vast majority of my working life has been within the aviation industry 13 years with Ansett Australia and 3 years with Jetstar Airways I have also spent 2 years within the tourism and wine industries.
My current role is with Jetstar Airways and I manage the International Cabin Crew area. The International Cabin Crew Team consists of three International Base Managers one in Sydney/Melbourne and one in Cairns, 64 Customer Service Managers and 228 Cabin Crew. We also have one Base Manager based off shore in Bangkok with 120 cabin crew also based in Thailand. All of these staff report directly through to me.
My current role combines two of my passions mentoring, developing and managing staff from a wide variety of back grounds and nationalities (we have crew from nationalities ranging from Australia, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Malaysia , Vietnam and various European backgrounds).
The other passion refereed to is travel, I travel regularly to Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam and Japan for work spending approximately a week at a time in these countries dealing and working with the local companies that supply services to Jetstar.
