Chris has recently commenced her new role as National L&D Manager at Qantas following two corporate roles with Insurance Australia Group and Sara Lee Australia. Prior to this, Chris spent eight years managing teams in Human resources and organization development consulting with a variety of clients in the financial services, government and services sectors. As an organizational Psychologist, Chris is interested in the development of leadership capability and culture to optimise an individuals and organizations performance.
A recent assignment in Bangkok has sparked her interest in cross cultural leadership development particularly for Australian businesses expanding into the Asian region.
She has travelled extensively particularly throughout South East Asia and India. Participating in the AsiaLink program compliments her travel and business interests and presents a great opportunity to grow her cultural awareness across the Asian region.
