As the Cultural Diversity Officer at the City of Greater Bendigo, Jenny is focussed on ensuring that people from culturally diverse and Indigenous backgrounds are well represented and able to actively participate in their community.
Having moved from Melbourne to Bendigo two years ago she is keen that all community members are able to enjoy the benefits of being in a beautiful regional city and have an opportunity to celebrate diversity in their community. She is also involved with the Cities International relationships, including a Sister City relationship with Tianshui (China) and a Friendship Relationship with Maubisse (East Timor).
She has previously worked with International students at Swinburne University of Technology and taught English as a Second Language in China and Canada (to Korean and Japanese students).
