Rebecca currently works within Tourism Victoria (State Government of Victoria) as Air Services Manager. Her key focus is the attraction of airlines to increase direct air services into the State and is involved in lobbying the Federal Government on aviation policy matters. Prior to this position, Rebecca worked in a variety of roles with Qantas Airways and as a Political and Economic Researcher within the Consulate General of Japan.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in Asian Studies, focussing primarily on Japanese culture and language. She is a keen traveller and has worked in both Canada and Japan. Rebecca has also been actively involved with the Australia Japan Society of Victoria for a number of years.
