Alison Taylor has been involved in the international education industry, Australia’s third largest export and largest services export industry, for more than 14 years. Alison worked in marketing and international relations at UTS and UNSW prior to accepting the position of Executive Director, International Programs at Macquarie University in 2007.
At Macquarie University, Alison manages a team of 100 staff responsible for marketing, recruitment and provision of student services to approximately 9,000 students from more than 100 countries.
Alison has been awarded a Bachelor of Business at the University of Newcastle, Bachelor of Arts at Macquarie University and a Master of Commerce at UNSW and the Executive Education Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA.
Alison was a finalist in the 2008 AFR Boss Young Executive of the Year.
