Fiamma has over 15 years experience in the financial services industry including Investment Banking, Debt Capital Markets, Commodities trading and Retail Banking. Fiamma returned to Australia in 2005 having lived and worked in the United States for the majority of her career.
Currently, Fiamma works at Westpac Banking Corporation where she is the Transformation Project Director - Westpac Local and SME. This program of work involves establishing and executing the new strategic direction of Westpac's Retail Bank, serving consumer and SME customers. Prior to this role, Fiamma run Westpac's Deposit portfolio for the bank's Business and Commercial customers and Merchant Banking Solutions.
