Dr Steevie Chan joined Janssen-Cilag in July 2008 as Associate Medical Director.
Prior to joining the pharmaceutical industry, Steevie was a medical practitioner for 18 years with clinical and management experience in the NSW system, appointed to key positions such as Director of Medical Services, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital; Area Director of Medical Administration, Sydney South West Area Health Service and Senior Policy Adviser to the Minister for Health.
Steevie has postgraduate and specialist qualifications in health administration and public health, and held an academic appointment with the University of Sydney from 2006 to 2009. He is currently the Chair, Board of Studies, Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (NSW).
Apart from spending time with his young family, Steevie has a strong interest in jazz music (and appreciation of his wife’s cooking).
