Liz is currently working as Senior Manager, Organisational Change, within the People division of Ernst & Young. Previously she was Senior Manager, Learning and Development within Ernst & Young.
Prior to Ernst & Young, Liz worked in the airline industry for QANTAS Airways. During this time she fulfilled a variety of positions including Cabin Crew Manager, Learning and Development Manager and International Flight Attendant. Prior to joining QANTAS Airways, Liz was a school teacher and ballet teacher.
Liz is an alumni member of Sydney Leadership and from 1998 2001, Liz was on the board of Women and Management.
