Haidi Scarlet Willmot is a solicitor in the Sydney practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal. Haidi has been with the firm in a number of capacities both in Sydney and Canberra. During her time with the firm in Canberra, Haidi had the opportunity of examining the business climates and economic reforms taking place in the post crises Asian economies and producing a comprehensive report for the East Asian Analytical Unit of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade entitled "Changing Corporate Asia: What Business Needs to Know".

Haidi obtained an Arts/Law (Honours) degree from the Australian National University in Canberra specialising in international law. While completing her degree she had the opportunity to work as an intern at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and to study international organisations at the Institut Universitaire des Hautes Etudes Internationales in Geneva, Switzerland.

Following completion of her university studies Haidi was posted to Vanuatu with the AusAID Youth Ambassador Program where she worked as the in-house lawyer for the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission.

Haidi is currently seconded to the Pacific Legal Network Lawyers practising in offshore issues stretching across the Pacific. She is very excited about taking part in such an important initiative as the Australia Asia New Leaders Program and looks forward to the opportunities before her that this program presents.
