Viv graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Commerce at Melbourne University.
Currently she is the National Integration Executive for AustChoice Financial Services Limited, responsible for sales and marketing. Prior to that Viv worked at AMP Asset Management for a period of time where she started the Master of Applied Finance at Melbourne University. She has been actively working with young people on a voluntary basis for a number of years and has undertaken an advocacy role for young people's voices. In the past four years Viv has undertaken executive roles with the Vietnamese Community peak representative body in the areas of strategic planning, youth and advocacy.
