Joanne has been working with PricewaterhouseCoopers for 13 years and is currently a director in their Melbourne Corporate Tax group.
Joanne joined Coopers & Lybrand in Adelaide after completing a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Accountancy, at the South Australian University. She spent 3 years in the Adelaide office, during which she completed professional studies to become a Chartered Accountant, before taking a year off to travel in Canada. She then travelled to London to commence a two year secondment with the Coopers & Lybrand London office.
On her return to Australia, Joanne joined the PwC office in Melbourne, where she has now been for 8 years. She currently runs a portfolio of corporate tax clients including CSL, Cadbury Schweppes and Vision Systems.
Joanne is currently training for the Oxfam Trailwalker event, plays regular netball and tennis, and when she can, spends time painting and reading.
