Alastair McLean is a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers with almost ten years experience advising some of Australia’s best known multinationals and Fortune 500 companies.
Alastair’s primary expertise is in corporate income tax where he advises on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, divestments, corporate reorganisations and the international tax implications of cross border transactions.
He is also engaged in various thought leadership and training programs throughout the firm. Alastair holds degrees in both law and business and has been admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
His interests include Chinese language and culture, travelling, reading, rugby and cricket.
